TO QUALIFY: You must be an experience plant manager in manufacturing. Prefer experience in a high volume of small orders environment.

Our client is a US based manufacturer that has significantly grown via expansions.. As the company enters is LEAN Transformation phase, they need a Plant Manager to take over a well run plant Phoenix. This is a situation where you can take something that is good, and build it to "great." This plant runs Monday through Friday and is at full staff. You will have a management and supervisor team working for you.
