COMPENSATION: A six figure salary, uncapped commissions, full benefits and equity

TO QUALIFY: You must have at least five years of experience selling technology to community banks and/or credit unions.

  • Sell a truly new and disruptive technology for the bank and credit union vertical.
  • If you have been looking for that big, once in a lifetime opportunity, read on.
  • The technology combines a bit of AI with automation to provide the institution with an automation platform that is saving the institution up to hundreds of hours and millions of dollars. This platform automates 90% of the back office resolution process related to fraud and charge back. Resolutions are complete in a matter of hours versus weeks.
  • This is a true ground floor opportunity to be the first key sales hire in what is about to become a fast growing start up. The organization has just secured its second round of funding, and has signed its first five banks and credit unions. All five have given strong and favorable feedback on the near instant ROI from the very first case fraud or chargeback case entered into the system.
  • You will report directly to the CEO - who, by the way, is an extremely driven and high positive energy executive that anyone would want to work for. The company is offering a six figure salary plus an uncapped commission plan along with full benefits and a 401K plan. The CEO is also going to award equity to this key hire.
  • In turn, you will help the organization by leveraging your connections to bring to them this latest, disruptive technology that has very little competition. Only one other company sells in this space, and in comparison, my client's technology suite is far more robust. You will also be the face of the organization at the industry shows and events.
  • And, as the first hire in, you can sell anywhere and as much as you are able to. First hires into an organization tend to be the ones who earn big and anchor in/grow to bigger roles more quickly than those who join down road.
