COMPENSATION:
- A commensurate six figure salary and incentive package.

TO QUALIFY: You must have a four year degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, and at least five years of experience in quality, technical sales, project management or engineering in the cement, concrete, stone, aggregate or additives industry. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to CA, OR, NV or AZ.
- Our client seeks an industry experienced professional who really understands the cement industry that can work with the sales organization in the western US.
- This is a senior engineer role with a lot of key customer (i.e. DoT's) and associations interface. As well, interface with R&D and Product Development.
- Remote based. You do not need to base at a plant or at a corporate HQ.
- This is an expansion hire, not a replacement.
- The sales team is comprised of senior level, industry experienced territory sales managers.
- Reports to an executive who has spent his career in this sector of building products. Tremendous gentleman to work for, and with an excellent track record of moving his directors up the ranks. Simply a great person to work for.
- A summary statement from the Vice President this role reports to: This is a senior engineer role with customer and association interface; a role that changes the dynamics of how we sell our products and not simply just recommends mixes and additives.. A hybrid role of a technical services manager with a bit of a sales function. Interface internally and with the customers' customers (such as the DOTs and the industry associations) plus our customers direct to help them with the technical pieces at the field level around mixtures, quality, etc, but then also at the top such as the DoT.
