TO QUALIFY: You must have ten or more years in trade compliance in the software industry.
- Our firm has been exclusively retained bya global hardware/software organization headquartered in the US.
- The company sells to several specialty verticals around the globe.
- This is a newly created position due to the company's global expansion on their software side.
- This is a C-level seat, and can either be housed at their corporate offices in Georgia (relocation paid), or can be remote.
- The client is a legacy manufacturerof hardware systems for a few specialty niche verticals; they partnered with software companies for many years.
- Over time, the organization began building its own software, and most recently accelerated their software offering by acquiring several disruptive technology software firms that specialized in the same verticals.
- The organization now sells hardware and software solutions, mainly to Tier 1/enterprise level organizations, though they also have a B2B organization. They sell direct and through partners.
- The company is now experiencing a surge in global sales versus just here in North America. As a result, they have created a seat for a leader who can craft and grow a global software trade compliance program.
- This position is in the C Suite and is aligned to sit next to the CEO's Chief of Staff.
