TO QUALIFY: We seek an experienced supervisor with workplace safety, cost control and leadership skills that is interested in a career in manufacturing.

  • If you are looking for a career in manufacturing, our client has an opportunity for you to join them as a Production Supervisor in a plant near Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
  • Due to an upcoming retirement, our client is seeking a supervisor to run a first shift, Monday through Friday distribution and assembly operation.
  • People management, safety and P&L responsibilities.
  • Ultimately, this Supervisor will promote to Plant Manager.
  • This is a true manufacturing career opportunity with a $12BB, North American Manufacturing Corporation.
  • While manufacturing experiences are preferred, our client has successfully hired non manufacturing experiences , military, wholesale distribution, warehousing, home improvement retail and construction.
