COMPENSATION: Salary plus bonus

TO QUALIFY: You must have experience managing a sales team in the HVAC OEM markets. You must be willing to reside near Chicago. Relocation is provided.

  • Vice President of Sales
  • This is a hybrid position, two days a week in office.
  • Lead a team of seasoned sales professionals that sell through manufacturer rep firms and direct to HVAC OEMs.
  • You will also have a customer service manager and team reporting to you.
  • The company is known as having the best made/highest quality products with the best on time delivery (there are numerous awards across industry journals and well known sources).
  • The sales organization is also backed by the best customer service. Your team has dedicated sales engineer partners, a customer service partner, and a team of 30+ design engineers.
