TOQUALIFY: You must have at least two years of supervisory experience in a heavy industrial equipment environment.

We specialize in manufacturing operations. Due to a promotion, we are seeking an Operations Manager in a distribution plant near Franklin, TX. Our client is a construction materials manufacturer in a very niche market.
The operation is an eighty employee plant that distributes through rail and truck. It is a heavy equipment environment where safety is number one. The operation is running very well, making this a great situation to inherit. The incumbent will be remaining local making him available to help with the transition and training.
This is a true career opportunity, as most that join this organization stay until retirement. In the past decade, our only openings with them have been due to retirements, promotions and/or expansions. Turnover is near non existent.
This really is a fun role - fast paced, but also a very well running operation. A manager who enjoys being hands on will very much enjoy this role. This role is designed for a career track. Leadership is looking for someone they can groom and promote.
