TO QUALIFY: Seeking a BSME or BSIE and at least three years in a metals manufacturing environment. Roll formers and/or stamping presses experiences highly desired.

Our client is a US based manufacturer that has significantly grown and is now expanding key positions in their major markets. As the company enters is LEAN Transformation phase, they need a Corporate Manufacturing Engineer to support four plants the produce products for the building products industry. Two plants produce product for the major home improvement centers and the other two produce products sold through distribution to the contractor and builder trade. This is a key manufacturing engineering seat that begins one's leadership career. You will not report to a plant manager, but rather the corporation's Director of Engineering. The bigger picture here is that the Director of Engineering will become the Vice President of Engineering, and the Corporate Manufacturing Manager will become the Director of Engineering.. This company is growing by continuing to acquirer smaller manufacturers in their space as they become the global leader in a niche product line for the building industry.

• You can base in Dallas/Waco or Phoenix.
• Relocation assistance is available.
• Hybrid based when not needed in a plant.
• Identify and lead initiatives for all plants in this group in the areas of LEAN, capital projects, vendor selection and equipment implementations.
• Company has acquired several manufacturers and is now centralizing processing and operations. You will be branding your name across these plants as you identify and implement innovative processes, automation and identify growth in the expansion of product development.
