COMPENSATION: A six figure salary, uncapped commissions, full benefits and equity.

TO QUALIFY: A college degree and at least two or more years in software sales or sales development is a must. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Our client has a very rare opportunity for someone to jump in and drive sales development for six to twelve months and to then promote into a leadership seat. This company has brought to market a state of the art, AI driven software platform that reduces operating time and expenses for a bank or credit union by up to 70%! Demand is quickly growing and the banking markets are primed for this offering.

  • Designed to quickly promote into a leadership seat. You build it,you will then manage and lead it!
  • Lead a go to market initiative of a state of the art AI software platform for banks and credit unions.
  • 22,000 prospect customers have already been identified in a market with nearly no competition!
  • The company needs a real pro who knows how to effectively reach, message and present to them. You will have an SME to help get those deals closed.
  • The company uses trade and industry shows a lot. There, you will be the face of the company , many of the company prospects attend those shows.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you take ownership of building and scaling the pipe generating machine.
  • Execute, strategize and build the groundwork for the company's growth.
  • Act as the interim head of Pipeline Generation for 6-12 months, driving revenue and laying down a scalable machine that can run without you.
  • Own and build out a sales development processes, from hands-on execution to creating an efficient and repeatable system.
  • Marketing & Partnerships: Lead marketing initiatives - build relationships, attend events, and support brand visibility across channels.
  • Event & Relationship Building: Attend industry events, engage with partners, and nurture strategic alliances to amplify CASAP's presence.
  • Scalable Marketing Activities: Design and implement scalable marketing strategies that drive growth, blending creativity with data-driven results.
