TO QUALIFY: You must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field and operational leadership experience in building products and/or metals manufacturing. Experience with safety and LEAN initiatives a must.
- We have been retained to recruit a General Manager to take over and improve/grow an operation near Winston-Salem. Our client is paying relocation.
- This GM will be the hands-on strategic leader of a multi-million dollar metal roofing and siding manufacturing operation. The plant has approximately 30 employees and this position is expected to promote a Best Place to Work culture and achieve Safety and P&L accomplishments. Operational leadership encompasses manufacturing, customer service, shipping, and transportation departments. Providing stellar customer service to external and internal customers along with proactively influencing our sales force are common expectations.
