COMPENSATION: Salary, bonus and full benefits

TO QUALIFY: You must have a BS or BA degree, MBA preferred. You must have at least three years in human resources in a manufacturing environment. Experience with unions is a plus.

  • This is a newly created position designed to bring an HR presence into the northeaster US region.
  • HRBP over four manufacturing plants with a focus on the plants in Lancaster and Philadelphia PA.
  • The main plant is the company's flagship plant, a 200,000 square foot state of the art facility with 200 employees.
  • This company continues to grow via acquisitions.
  • Company has completed a LEAN transformation and is extremely safety conscious.
  • You will brand and create an employee relations program and set the tone for a best place to work culture.
  • The main plant was a well known, family run business in Phoenix for many years. Our client acquired them in 2022.
