We have a very exciting sales opportunity with one of the world's fastest growing medical manufacturers of patented, disruptive technology that changes a legacy line of hospital practices. They do not sell through distributors, and have nearly no competition. That has resulted in year after year sales growth for the last ten years. This is not a start up, this global organization is now in its twentieth year in business, is publicly traded and nearing 100MM in revenues. Their stock price continues to sore.
Our client is expanding again, creating a new Sales Associate opening in this market. Their third sales force expansion took place in 2024, and two more expansions are planned for 2025 and 2026, now creating several new Associate openings. No one has left! The first sales associate hired in 2023 was promoted in nine months, he earned 300K in 2024.The second hired in March 2024 was prompted in December. This position has a base salary and pays bonuses on activity and goals rather than commissions. First year earnings are $125,000 on target, but uncapped - plus $700 a month for car, cell phone stipend and all expenses are paid, benefits are very strong (with a generous 401K plan).
