Sales Engineer
Presales, Tier 1 Retail Technology

If you are an experienced sales engineer or solutions consultant in computer hardware at the enterprise client level, we are recruiting for a presales engineer with the world's leading manufacturer of retail hardware and software solutions. Our client is pursuing true enterprise deals in the Tier 1 retail markets in Grocery, Drug and Convenience Petroleum. This is a newly created position in a new division of this international, multi billion dollar organization. Its sales and sales engineering heads are seasoned veterans of retail technology and have been with this organization for a number of years.

The company sells across the in-store and eCommerce enterprise with a robust sweet of hardware, software, managed service and professional services. This particular business unit specializes in the hardware solutions, which are the latest state of the art systems that enhance the customer experience both in store and online. The new nature of these systems is "making hardware fun again." After all, the best retail software in the world cannot reach its peak performance if it is running on antiquated hardware. Today's in store shoppers recognized the chains that have the latest technologies that increase their shopping experiences. The major retailers in these sectors are again making those investments to keep customers in their stores longer and to create customer loyalty across all venues of shopping.

You will be part of a sales team that is winning deals with the marquis names in retail.
