TO QUALIFY: You must have experience as a Customer Success Manager or a customer interfacing Solutions or Technical Consultant in AI. Experience with Financial Institutions is highly desired.

We have been retained by an incredible AI company expanding in North America. If you want to be behind true AI, enjoy Customer Success and have a bit of a technical slant to implementations; and a desire to be one of those first hires in what becomes the next big thing, read on.

This is not core, or digital; a true AI solution changing how FIs operate. This is a "true AI" solution we see being sold to an FI where AI will start working for the institution. An AI agent that becomes multiple agents for the FI that ultimately will run all aspects of an FI and head off compliance issues, find out of whack loan to value ratios, predict, head off and give the FI everything they need to head off the loss of a loan or a deposit.

With customers on board and an initiative to build out a sales organization, our client is hiring what they call an AI Evangelist who will work with a handful of customers, best described as a Customer Success Manager on steroids with a tad of Solutions Consultant. This individual will jump in late in the sales process to get to know the institution and work with the C suite to develop them as champions for these AI solutions. Compensation is strong! A more than competitive six figure salary, full benefits and equity are part of the package. As well, this is a remote role, you do not have to report to an office daily, just occasionally for meetings as needed.
