TO QUALIFY: You must have at least seven years of quota carrying sales experience and at least three years now selling AI or banking or credit union technology.

This is the real deal. Since we began working in this space (mid 90's), this is only the third start up in our time of Fintech recruiting we believe will be a huge success. Our first became the dominant provider in digital.. The second became the largest player in card security. We see this as now the third and they are in AI.. True AI technology being sold with unbelievable power and creating quite an ROI for the financial institution.. This is the first "true AI" solution we see being sold to an FI where AI will start working for the institution. This is not selling a solution where AI helps the provider to sell, but rather, a true AI agent that becomes multiple agents for the FI that ultimately can run all aspects of an FI and head off all compliance issues, find out of whack loan to value ratios, predict, head off and give the FI everything they need to head off the loss of a loan or a deposit. Think of any arm of a bank or credit union, these AI agents take it on and improve it.
With customers already on board and now an initiative to build out a sales organization, our client is now hiring its Founding AE and will be building a team around this individual. You will sell a true AI solution that works for the bank or credit union, and you can sell it through the institution one department at time. Pricing is such that you can avoid the long sales process that it takes to sell big ticket items. The revenue is recurring (you are paid on that), and you will continually be back to sell more to your clients. They will keep adding when they see how this works in the first department you have sold. You are also backed by a
powerful Customer Success and Engineering team. Compensation is very strong, too. An above average six figure salary with uncapped commissions, full benefits and this Founding AE will be awarded equity. Only these first few players brought in will receive equity.
