TO QUALIFY: You must have experience as a solutions consultant, a solutions architect or a post sales engineer in banking and/or credit union technology. You must have a passion for and deep thirst for knowledge around Agentic AI.
Or, if you are in an industry where Agentic AI has been being sold, such as retail technology, our client can teach you the banking space as long as you have already had experience building AI Agents for a customer.
We have been retained by an incredible AI company that is ready to open North America. We know the founders very well, having worked
with them at a very large and well known FinTech (we go back with this team twenty five years). They have created what I can only describe as one heck of a cool role. If you want to be behind true AI, enjoy working with the customer and are comfortable with technical implementations, and most of all, desire to be one of those first hires in what becomes the next big thing, read on.
This is the real deal. Since we began working in this space (mid 90's), this is>only the third start up in our time of Fintech recruiting we believe will be a huge success. Our first was nFront, which became Digital Insight and is now Candescent. The second was Ondot, which is now part of Fiserv. This one has the potential to be as big. Who is behind it, the money behind it and the true AI technology being sold is unbelievable. This is the first "true AI" solution we see being sold to an FI where AI will start working for the institution. This is not selling a solution where AI helps the provider to sell, but rather, a true AI agent that becomes multiple agents for the FI that ultimately can run all aspects of an FI and head off all compliance issues, find out of whack loan to value ratios, predict, head off and give the FI everything they need to head off the loss of a loan or a deposit. Think of any arm of a bank or credit union, these AI agents take it on and improve it.
With customers already on board and now an initiative to build out a sales organization, our client is hiring what they call an Applied AI Lead who will work with a handful of customers in what I can best describe as a Customer Success Manager /Solutions Consultant. This individual will jump in late in the sales process to get to know the institution and work with the C suite to develop their Agentic Agents. Compensation is strong! A more than competitive six figure salary, full benefits and equity are part of the package. As well, this is a remote role, you do not have to report to an office daily, just occasionally for meetings as needed.
